1.Educational information only
Healthy Mango publishes educational information about peptides and related research compounds. The site summarises what has been reported in the peer-reviewed scientific literature, in regulatory documentation, and in a current practitioner reference, and explains the laboratory concepts (reconstitution, concentration, storage, cycling) that appear in that literature.
Educational information is not the same as personalised guidance. Reading a compound page, opening a Preparation Calculator, or downloading a summary does not create a therapeutic relationship of any kind between the reader and Healthy Mango or between the reader and HealthyMango™ LLC.
2.No medical advice
Nothing on Healthy Mango is medical advice. The site does not provide personalised medical, pharmaceutical, nutritional, mental-health, or clinical guidance. It does not evaluate a reader's history, symptoms, laboratory values, medications, allergies, or genetic factors. Nothing on the site should be interpreted as a recommendation to start, stop, continue, increase, or decrease any medication, supplement, exercise regimen, dietary intervention, hormone, or research compound.
3.No diagnosis
Healthy Mango does not diagnose any medical condition. The presence of a symptom or a mechanism in a compound page's description of published research does not imply that a reader has, or does not have, any particular condition. Content that describes the endpoints of a trial, the pharmacology of a molecule, or the reported effects of a practitioner-referenced protocol is descriptive, not diagnostic.
4.No treatment
Healthy Mango does not prescribe or provide treatment. The site does not sell, dispense, ship, deliver, formulate, or supply any peptide, medicine, compounded preparation, or research material. It does not fulfil orders. It does not accept payment for compounds. Any transactional relationship a reader may have with a research-supply vendor is between the reader and that vendor and is entirely outside Healthy Mango's scope.
5.No physician-patient or provider relationship
Use of the site does not create a physician-patient relationship, a pharmacist-patient relationship, a nurse-patient relationship, an advanced-practice-provider relationship, or any other healthcare or fiduciary relationship. Healthy Mango is not a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA") for the general educational content on this site.
If you have a personal medical question, contact a licensed clinician in your jurisdiction. Nothing you read here is a substitute for that conversation.
6.Emergencies
If you believe you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a poison control centre immediately. Do not rely on this website, its calculators, its safety pages, its FAQs, or any related communication channel for emergency guidance. Response times on our support channels are measured in business days; emergencies are measured in minutes.
7.Investigational and research-use-only materials
Every compound page on Healthy Mango describes a lyophilized research-use-only ("RUO") vial. RUO material is not an approved medicine. It has not been evaluated by a regulator for a human indication. It has not necessarily been manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practice conditions. Its identity, purity, potency, sterility, endotoxin content, and residual-solvent profile have not been independently verified by Healthy Mango.
Whether it is lawful for a specific reader in a specific jurisdiction to acquire, possess, prepare, or use an RUO vial is a legal question that Healthy Mango does not answer. Compliance with applicable laws is the reader's responsibility.
8.FDA and regulatory-status limitations
Where a peptide also exists in an FDA-approved, EMA-approved, or otherwise regulated commercial form, that commercial product is referenced only as scientific and regulatory context. The existence of an approved commercial product does not validate the safety, purity, identity, potency, or suitability of any RUO material bearing the same chemical name. The two supply chains are legally, chemically, and pharmacologically distinct.
Healthy Mango is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any regulator or manufacturer named on the site. References to brand names (for example Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Scenesse, Vyleesi, Forzinity, Egrifta) are made for descriptive editorial purposes only.
9.Research-protocol limitations
Protocols shown in the Research Protocols accordion of a compound page describe values that have been reported in published trials, in regulatory documentation, or in the current practitioner reference. They are not recommendations. A dose that has appeared in a paper or in a practitioner reference is not, by virtue of appearing there, safe for any particular reader.
Where sources report different values (for example a starting dose in one trial versus a maintenance dose in a follow-up study), Healthy Mango presents both and explains the difference. The reader is responsible for their own judgment about which, if any, source is relevant to their situation.
10.Preparation Calculator limitations
The Preparation Calculator on each compound page performs arithmetic only. It divides vial mass by diluent volume to produce a total concentration and it maps a reported research amount to an equivalent volume at that concentration. The calculator does not evaluate whether a compound is suitable for a reader, does not verify vial identity, does not verify vial purity, does not verify sterility, does not verify potency, does not verify endotoxin status, does not test bacteriostatic-water quality, and does not recommend a dose, a route, a frequency, or a cycle.
A value shown by the calculator is only as accurate as the vial actually is. If the label on a research vial misrepresents the peptide mass, the calculator's output is incorrect by exactly that margin, and Healthy Mango has no way of knowing that.
11.Preparation and sterility limitations
Descriptions of reconstitution steps, storage windows, diluent conventions, and injection-site rotations are educational summaries of laboratory practice. They are not sterile-technique training. Aseptic handling of biologic material is a skill that requires supervised education and practice; a written summary on a website is not a substitute for that education.
The bacteriostatic water convention used across Healthy Mango's compound pages does not sterilise a compromised vial, does not neutralise endotoxin, and does not correct for storage-temperature abuse during transit. Visual inspection of a reconstituted solution reveals gross contamination but not microbiological contamination.
12.Reference, currency, and accuracy limitations
Healthy Mango's editorial team maintains references and evidence levels as of the date each page is last reviewed. Scientific literature evolves; regulatory positions change; practitioner references are updated. Content on the site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and is not warranted to be current, complete, accurate, error-free, or continuously available.
Numeric values, unit conversions, dose ranges, cycle lengths, and citation slugs are entered by human editors and may contain transcription errors despite our integrity checks. If you rely on a number for any decision, verify it independently against the cited source before acting.
13.Translation limitations
Healthy Mango publishes every page in English and Spanish. The two versions are drafted separately to preserve locale-appropriate voice and decimal formatting. Substantive scientific claims and numeric values are held identical by design, but if a discrepancy is found between the two language versions, the English version controls unless the Spanish version is a more restrictive statement (in which case the more restrictive statement controls).
Where an underlying source (for example a regulatory label or a peer-reviewed article) is available only in one language, Healthy Mango references it in its original language and, where useful, summarises it in the target-language page.
14.External links
Compound pages link to external documents (peer-reviewed articles, regulatory records, the practitioner reference, and other supporting material). Healthy Mango does not control the content of those external destinations, does not endorse the entities that host them, and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, currency, safety, or terms of use. An external link is a citation, not an endorsement.
15.Third-party information, products, and services
Healthy Mango references third-party products (for example specific brand-name medicines), third-party research organisations, third-party publications, third-party regulatory bodies, and third-party vendors of research materials. The reference is descriptive. Healthy Mango does not certify, verify, endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any third-party product, service, statement, act, or omission described or referenced anywhere on the site.
In particular, Healthy Mango does not certify or authenticate any research-supply vendor and does not verify that a vial delivered by any such vendor matches the identity, purity, or potency stated on its label.
16.Individual variability
Human response to any biologic molecule varies substantially between individuals. Age, sex, weight, genetics, concurrent medications, comorbidities, hydration, sleep, stress, and factors that are not yet well characterised in the scientific literature all affect how a molecule is metabolised, tolerated, and experienced. Nothing on Healthy Mango can predict how a particular reader will respond to a particular compound; a compound page can only describe what has been reported in the literature about human populations at large.
17.User responsibility
Any decision a reader makes on the basis of information found on Healthy Mango is the reader's own. That includes decisions about whether to research a compound further, whether to consult a licensed clinician, whether to purchase a research vial from an unrelated vendor, whether to prepare or handle a compound, and whether to take any action based on a Preparation Calculator output.
Readers are responsible for understanding the laws of their jurisdiction as they apply to peptide research, laboratory work, self-experimentation, drug administration, and the possession of any specific compound. Healthy Mango does not provide legal advice.
18.Not intended for minors
Healthy Mango's content is intended for adults aged 18 or older. The site is not designed for, targeted at, or intended to be used by minors. Descriptions of research protocols are drawn overwhelmingly from adult populations; extrapolating any of the site's content to paediatric use would be irresponsible and unsupported.
19.Limitation regarding adverse outcomes
HealthyMango™ LLC disclaims all liability for adverse outcomes arising from a reader's use of, reliance on, or action taken in connection with the site's educational content. That disclaimer is stated formally, together with the applicable exceptions and limitations under the governing law identified in the Terms of Use, in the Terms of Use. This section is a plain-language summary of that limitation; the operative legal text is in the Terms of Use.
20.Jurisdictional differences
Regulatory status, availability, legal classification, and enforcement priorities for peptides and research compounds vary substantially between countries, between states, and over time. A compound that is a routinely prescribed medicine in one jurisdiction may be unavailable, restricted, or subject to specific licensing in another. A compound that is legally available in a research-use-only vial in one jurisdiction may be a controlled substance in another. Healthy Mango describes regulatory status where it is known to us at the date of publication but does not track every jurisdictional change and does not provide jurisdiction-specific compliance guidance.
21.Changes to this disclaimer
Healthy Mango may update this disclaimer to reflect changes in editorial scope, feature scope, legal advice, or user practice. Material changes will be reflected in the Last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a material change constitutes acknowledgement of the updated disclaimer.
