Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing, subscribing to a newsletter, downloading content, submitting a communication, or otherwise using the Services in any way, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy incorporated by reference. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that organisation.

The Services are an educational and informational platform. Healthy Mango publishes structured, cited, plainly written summaries of what the peer-reviewed scientific literature, regulatory documentation, and a current practitioner reference have reported about peptides and related research compounds; explains laboratory conventions (reconstitution, concentration, storage) as arithmetic anyone can follow; and provides a Preparation Calculator that performs pure arithmetic without evaluating suitability. Nothing on the Services is medical advice, prescription, diagnosis, or treatment. See the Medical & Educational Disclaimer for the full description of what the Services are and are not.

The Services are not a clinic, a hospital, a pharmacy, a dispensary, a laboratory, a telehealth provider, a compounding pharmacy, or a seller, reseller, or distributor of peptides, supplements, or medical products. The Services do not sell, dispense, ship, deliver, formulate, or supply any peptide, medicine, or research material, do not fulfil orders, and do not accept payment for compounds.

To access or use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence. By accessing or using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria. If you do not, you must not access or use the Services.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction as they apply to accessing an educational website of this kind, to your possession or handling of any material referenced on it, and to any activity you may undertake outside of the Services in reliance on information published on them. We do not provide legal advice and do not assess whether use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Every compound page on the Services describes a lyophilized research-use-only ("RUO") vial. The description is educational only. RUO material is not an approved medicine, has not been reviewed by a regulator for a human indication, and has not necessarily been manufactured to pharmaceutical standards. Where a peptide also exists in an FDA-approved, EMA-approved, or otherwise regulated commercial form, that commercial product is referenced only as scientific and regulatory context and does not validate any RUO material described in the same page.

The Services do not endorse the acquisition, possession, preparation, or use of any RUO material by any reader. Whether it is lawful for a specific reader to acquire, possess, prepare, or use an RUO vial in a specific jurisdiction is a legal question the Services do not answer. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Use of the Services does not create a physician-patient relationship, a pharmacist-patient relationship, a nurse-patient relationship, an advanced-practice-provider relationship, or any other healthcare, therapeutic, or fiduciary relationship between you and HealthyMango or Healthy Mango. Nothing on the Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. If you have a personal medical question, consult a licensed clinician in your jurisdiction.

Content on the Services is descriptive of what has been reported in the scientific literature and in a current practitioner reference; it is not personalised guidance to any reader. Values shown in the Preparation Calculator are pure arithmetic performed on inputs you provide and do not verify vial identity, purity, potency, sterility, endotoxin content, or safety, and are not recommendations to prepare, administer, or use any compound.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or in furtherance of any activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
• Represent, publicly or privately, that the Services provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, treatment, or personalised clinical guidance.
• Republish, redistribute, resell, syndicate, license, or otherwise commercially exploit any portion of the Services or of its content, or create derivative works from any portion of the Services, other than as expressly permitted in the "Limited licence" section below.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape at industrial scale, hot-link, hot-load, mirror, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying data, or non-public technical implementation of the Services.
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, our computer systems, or the systems of our hosting or infrastructure providers.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services, including by transmitting any virus, worm, trojan, ransomware, denial-of-service payload, or any other malicious code.
• Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services in a manner that sends more request volume to our servers than a human being can reasonably produce, or that circumvents any technical rate-limiting or access-control mechanism we deploy.
• Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or falsify or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any content you submit.
• Submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, invasive of another person's privacy, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Use the Services to solicit, market, or promote the acquisition, sale, distribution, or human use of any peptide, controlled substance, or medical product.
• Use the Services in a manner that would cause any peptide-related activity to be attributable to HealthyMango or Healthy Mango, or that would suggest an endorsement by HealthyMango or Healthy Mango of any commercial vendor of research materials.
• Attempt to obtain personal information about other users, including through phishing, social engineering, or credential-harvesting techniques.

We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and to take any action we consider appropriate, including denying access to the Services and reporting suspected unlawful activity to law-enforcement authorities.

The Services and all content made available through them, including the text of compound pages, blend pages, safety topics, guides, comparisons, collections, FAQs, and institutional documents, together with the underlying data structures, evidence classifications, calculator engine, the Healthy Mango name and logo, and the visual identity, layout, and typography of the Services (collectively, the "HM Content"), are owned by HealthyMango™ LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade-mark, and other intellectual-property laws of the United States and other jurisdictions.

Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any ownership right, title, or interest in the HM Content. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by HealthyMango and its licensors. "Healthy Mango," the Healthy Mango mango-mark, and any related word marks, logos, and slogans are trade marks of HealthyMango™ LLC. You may not use any Healthy Mango or HealthyMango trade mark without our prior written consent.

Subject to your continuing compliance with these Terms, HealthyMango grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and view the HM Content through a standard web browser, to print reasonable portions of it for your personal non-commercial educational use, and to share individual page URLs on personal or non-commercial channels.

This licence does not include the right to (a) republish or redistribute the HM Content on another website, mailing list, printed publication, or product; (b) train any machine-learning model, large language model, embedding model, or other artificial-intelligence system on the HM Content, or ingest the HM Content into any retrieval-augmented-generation system, other than for individual private study; (c) use the HM Content or any excerpt of it as marketing or sales material for any peptide vendor, telehealth service, supplement brand, or other commercial offering; (d) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trade mark, disclaimer, evidence-level, or attribution notice; or (e) frame, mirror, or in-line the HM Content on any third-party site without our prior written consent.

If you submit a correction, comment, suggestion, question, or other communication to us (whether through an email address published on the Services, a future feedback feature, or any other channel), you represent that you have the right to submit that communication and that it does not infringe any third-party right. You grant HealthyMango a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, copy, adapt, translate, publish, and act on the communication for any lawful purpose, including editorial correction of the Services, without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you. We may, but are not obliged to, credit you for a substantive correction.

Do not send us confidential information you do not wish to disclose to us; and do not send us information containing trade secrets, personal health information of any person other than yourself, or any content that you are contractually or legally prohibited from sharing.

The Services reference and link to third-party content, including peer-reviewed articles, regulatory documents, a practitioner reference, developer-authored technical reviews, brand-name commercial products, and other resources maintained by parties unrelated to HealthyMango. The Services do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content or third-party sites and services. An external link is a citation; it is not an endorsement of the linked resource or its operator. Your interaction with any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy practices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND THE HM CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. SLIMDOOR, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, SLIMDOOR MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES OR THE HM CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR ACCURATE OR CURRENT; THAT ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT ANY RESULT OBTAINED THROUGH USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE PREPARATION CALCULATOR WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE. VALUES DERIVED BY THE PREPARATION CALCULATOR ARE ARITHMETIC ON INPUTS YOU PROVIDE AND ARE ONLY AS ACCURATE AS THOSE INPUTS.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SLIMDOOR, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, EDITORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR THE HM CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, SLIMDOOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR (A) ANY DECISION YOU MAKE ON THE BASIS OF INFORMATION FOUND ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DECISION TO ACQUIRE, PREPARE, HANDLE, ADMINISTER, OR REFRAIN FROM ADMINISTERING ANY RESEARCH MATERIAL; (B) THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY VENDOR OF RESEARCH MATERIALS OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY REFERENCED ON THE SERVICES; (C) THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SITE OR RESOURCE LINKED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) THE IDENTITY, PURITY, POTENCY, STERILITY, OR SAFETY OF ANY PHYSICAL MATERIAL YOU OBTAIN OR HANDLE OUTSIDE THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (WHICH IS NOT LIMITED OR EXCLUDED BY THESE TERMS), THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SLIMDOOR, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, EDITORS, AND AGENTS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) AND (II) THE AGGREGATE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PAID TO SLIMDOOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, AND THAT THIS AGGREGATE CAP REFLECTS THAT COMMERCIAL REALITY; NOTHING IN THIS CAP IS INTENDED TO WAIVE ANY REMEDY THAT UNDER YOUR LOCAL LAW CANNOT BE WAIVED.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HealthyMango, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, editors, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your access to or use of the Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, (d) your infringement or alleged infringement of any third-party right, or (e) any content or communication you submit to us. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to your indemnification, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting available defences. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

The Privacy Policy describes how HealthyMango collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Services. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

We may amend or update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, in applicable law, or in our operating context. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and will provide additional notice in a manner reasonably designed to bring the change to the attention of active users (for example a prominent notice on the Services or an email to newsletter subscribers) where the change is material. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revised version, you must discontinue use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if we believe in good faith that you have violated these Terms, that your use of the Services threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Services or of other users' use of them, or that continued provision of the Services to you is unlawful. Termination does not relieve you of any obligation that arose before termination and does not affect provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination, including intellectual-property, warranty-disclaimer, liability-limitation, indemnification, governing-law, and dispute-resolution provisions.

These Terms, the Services, and any dispute of any kind that arises between you and HealthyMango out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, are governed by the laws of the state in which HealthyMango™ LLC is organized and by applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

The parties intend that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services be resolved by the courts. You and HealthyMango each agree that any action, claim, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the state in which HealthyMango™ LLC is organized, and each party irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts for that purpose. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a waiver of any right to participate in a class action or a representative proceeding, and HealthyMango does not require mandatory arbitration of disputes with users under these Terms.

Before initiating any legal action, we encourage you to contact us at legal@healthymango.org with a description of the dispute so that we may attempt in good faith to resolve it informally. This informal step is not a precondition to your right to file a legal action; it is offered as an efficient alternative that may resolve the matter without litigation.

Any notice to HealthyMango under these Terms must be sent to legal@healthymango.org, with a copy sent by mail to the postal address at the end of this document. We may give you notice by any reasonable method, including by posting a notice on the Services, by sending a message to any email address you have provided to us, or (once we introduce account functionality) by any in-service notification mechanism we make available.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment in violation of this restriction is void. HealthyMango may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate or to any successor in interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of assets, without your consent.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any term of these Terms is effective unless it is in writing and signed by an authorised representative of HealthyMango.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Medical & Educational Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and HealthyMango with respect to the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and HealthyMango with respect to the Services.
