Aura is a fixed-ratio research blend combining three peptides that engage three distinct layers of tissue-repair biology. GHK-Cu delivers copper to cells and drives broad transcriptional modulation of ECM-remodelling genes — the gene-expression layer. BPC-157 promotes VEGF-driven angiogenesis and fibroblast recruitment — the vascular-supply-and-cellular-workforce layer. KPV suppresses NF-κB nuclear translocation and reduces TNF-α/IL-6/IL-1β signalling — the inflammatory-control layer.

The combination is designed for contexts where chronic inflammation is a rate-limiting factor for tissue repair. When the inflammatory background is elevated, the structural-remodelling work of GHK-Cu and the vascular support of BPC-157 both proceed less efficiently. KPV lowers that background, letting the other two components work more effectively.

Compared to Glow (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500), Aura substitutes KPV for TB-500. This trades cellular migration (TB-500's role) for inflammatory control (KPV's role). The choice between the two depends on which layer of the cascade is the limiting factor. Klow contains all four components (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV) for contexts where every layer needs support.

Blend-level clinical evidence for Aura does not exist. The pharmacological rationale is derived from the individual peptides' mechanisms; users should read blend claims as combinations of the individual component claims rather than as separately validated blend-level effects.
